July update

 

This month started with pure drama literally. Drama session is where I thrive, the perfect space to show my crew and family exactly what I can do when the lights hit. We’re locked into an 8-week grind, building a production from scratch. My recent drama production that I was in was Princess slumber party disasters. 

I stepped up to help clean the van. It felt great to get outside, get my hands dirty, and just get it done. Got to also take pride in our work vehicles. In I dance, I’m shaking it off and locked into the groove. For me, it’s not just about nailing the routines, it's about bringing that energy so everyone else hypes up and has a blast too.

Flavor Lab has been an absolute vibe this month. We’ve been whipping up some incredible dishes. For Matariki, we celebrated the new year with a legendary banana cake and a whole spread of holiday specials. Then on another day, we made  a homemade pizza. It was an absolute hit, everyone loved it. 

The Bottom Line: I’m learning to be more involved in every opportunity that I enjoy such as going down to Te Puke bowling club to play pool and have a cold lemonade with friends. I’ve been dying in Charm & Co, quite a fun process and the outcome is spectacular.

June Update

 June kicked off with a royal celebration, setting the tone for a high-energy month ahead. I’ve been balancing a mix of hard work and creative passion from cooking up batches of fudge for an acts of kindness project (with a sneaky taste-test session, of course) to keeping up with my drama and dance schedules. When I’m not performing, I’m backstage helping bring concerts to life with props and production work. It’s safe to say I’m keeping busy, doing exactly what makes me happiest. Also this month I have seen what goes into a yummy veg soup. It was so good to eat and the smile lasted in the center for days. Also this month I have been making scarecrows for our gardens that we are slowly doing up. I surprised everyone when I was keen to attend the Fairy Village Day at Historic Village. It was busy with fairies everywhere. We then sat down for lunch afterwards

 Every week I do my best and at idance I’m dancing up a storm I’m getting really in to my dancing every week it’s that much better

 So for acts of kindness we made a really yummy carrot 🥕 cake I enjoy baking as it tastes so good and smells so good at the same time hope everyone loves it

 Having storytelling with my friends also some of the stuff acting out things so much fun and fulll of laughs

 I have been so good I didn’t take any breaks and danced the whole time

 Acts of kindness I love baking it so much and also you get to eat all the things this week was Feijoa crumble so yummy we got to have some for our lunch

 Wow the drama this year is going to be crazy cool some thing different but I really like it it is so different to any thing we have done before
